Sharmayne began her recruitment career in Singapore, starting as a graduate recruiter specialising in IT roles before moving into Accounting and Finance recruitment. With over four years of experience in the industry, Sharmayne has developed a strong understanding of the finance market and the importance of connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Sharmayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and recently relocated to Sydney to join people2people Australia, where she continues to specialise in the Accounting and Finance space.
