This 1-hour session on The Neuroscience of Leading Sales and Customer Service Teams, facilitated by Kristen Hansen, explores how stress and uncertainty affect the brain’s ability to make decisions, regulate emotions and communicate effectively in high-pressure environments. Participants will understand the importance of psychological safety and how to engage the brain’s reward system—leveraging feedback, recognition and goal framing to drive motivation and sustain performance.
Kristen also introduces practical strategies for building cognitive agility and resilience, helping leaders move from reactive to proactive thinking and reset after setbacks like customer conflict or rejection. The session highlights the role of emotionally and socially intelligent communication in shaping high-performance teamwork and customer experiences. It equips leaders with brain-based coaching techniques to lead energising, future-focused conversations that enhance both individual and team performance.
