About the role
This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of the accounts payable function within a larger organisational environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processes, including managing supplier queries and executing payment runs. This role enables you to develop your technical skills while working collaboratively with a finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process
- Address supplier queries efficiently
- Execute payment runs with accuracy
- Perform reconciliations for expenses and credit cards
- Utilize Oracle PeopleSoft as required
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in accounts payable with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- Strong capability in financial reconciliations and payment processing
- Demonstrated ability to use Excel for vlookups and data analysis
