About the role
The organisation is seeking two Recruitment Advisors to support the team during a pivotal period of recruitment activity. These roles will engage for approximately 8 months, with potential for extension based on business needs. You will provide hands-on recruitment advisory support across diverse portfolios, which will involve increased recruitment activities.
Key responsibilities
  • Partner with branches to provide timely and practical recruitment advice across the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Guide hiring managers through recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to fair and equitable practices
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including approvals, advertising, scheduling, offers, and onboarding coordination
  • Assist with surge and volume recruitment activities related to major operational events
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and undertake routine system and administrative tasks across recruitment and HR systems
  • Contribute to routine recruitment reporting and data summaries as required
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating a strong service orientation.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment advisory services in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong capability in advising stakeholders on recruitment processes without directly sourcing or selecting candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and support hiring communities efficiently
  • Experience in supporting event-based vacancies and targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all channels
  • Practical knowledge of recruitment-related legislation and policies, preferably VPS
  • Comfortable working with recruitment systems and document management tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
