We are recruiting 2 advisory rolse for someone who wants real influence, real clients, and a seat at the leadership table.

We’re partnering with a highly respected, Sydney-based advisory firm looking to appoint 2 x Client Director a roles designed for an experienced advisor who combines strong technical grounding with genuine commercial and business development capability.

The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-quality clients, act as their trusted advisor, and play a key role in growing both relationships and the broader firm. This is not a pure delivery role you’ll be expected to think commercially, spot opportunities, and help shape the future of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Owning and leading senior client relationships
Advising business owners and executives on complex commercial matters
Expanding existing client portfolios through value-led conversations
Introducing new clients via referrals, networks and proactive engagement
Leading and mentoring senior team members
Working closely with Partners on strategy and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

10+ years’ experience in business advisory or professional services
Currently operating at Senior Manager / Director level (or ready for that step)
Strong client presence with the confidence to lead senior conversations
Demonstrated exposure to business development or revenue growth
CA or CPA qualified
Background in a reputable mid-tier or Top 100 firm
