The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, and working within a small finance team, this is a broad role that will see your technical and commercial accounting skills have an impact across both finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and program managers to provide insight on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and decision‑making
Deliver clear monthly management reporting including P&L, cost centre performance, variance analysis, dashboards, and KPIs
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Provide commercial support on pricing, contracts, market insights, business cases, and investment decisions
Collaborate with the finance team on month‑end, year‑end, audit support, and program P&L integrity
Drive continuous improvement across systems, reporting, data quality, and automation (including Business Central 365)

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Accounting
CA or CPA (or actively working towards)
Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience (management accounting experience highly regarded)
Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes
Strong data analysis skills, including data cleansing
Confidence engaging with non‑financial stakeholders
High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
