The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, and working within a small finance team, this is a broad role that will see your technical and commercial accounting skills have an impact across both finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and program managers to provide insight on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and decision‑making
- Deliver clear monthly management reporting including P&L, cost centre performance, variance analysis, dashboards, and KPIs
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Provide commercial support on pricing, contracts, market insights, business cases, and investment decisions
- Collaborate with the finance team on month‑end, year‑end, audit support, and program P&L integrity
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, reporting, data quality, and automation (including Business Central 365)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Accounting
- CA or CPA (or actively working towards)
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience (management accounting experience highly regarded)
- Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong data analysis skills, including data cleansing
- Confidence engaging with non‑financial stakeholders
- High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
- 0.8 FTE, with some flexibility around how its structured to suit your life
- 2 days WFH once trained
