About the Role

This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the finance team as the business scales. You’ll work closely with the Accounts team and support the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller across day-to-day financials.

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-of-month processing


• Reporting and analysis


• Compliance activities


• Budgeting and forecasting


• Supporting key projects


• Working across both finance and operations

About You

• Degree-qualified, ideally CA/CPA qualified or currently studying


• Experience in a well-rounded commercial accounting role or business services


• Ideally experience within an SME or start-up environment


• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work


• Keen to learn and grow


• Agile, collaborative, and comfortable with a no task too big or small approach


• Confident building relationships across the business


• Able to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working


• Willing to step out from behind the spreadsheets and get involved
