Accounts Assistant

The firm:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a national law firm. The firm is conveniently located in Perth CBD. They are well established and a leader in their practice area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a law firm with longevity in their staff, driving culture and offering an attractive salary package based on experience.

The role:
Responsibilities will be varied and diverse including but not limited to:

Processing invoices for a variety of clients
Daily receipting
Record management
Creditor management
Debtor management
Ensure processes are followed and compliance is adhered to
Administration duties as and when required

About you:
The successful candidate:

Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role
Filepro experience or experience using industry specific software highly regarded
High level of attention to detail
Process driven with the ability to work under pressure against deadlines
