Our client is a well-established international business with a strong reputation for delivering specialist services across global markets. They are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join their finance team and contribute to the smooth running of key financial operations.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
This is a broad accounting support role where you'll take responsibility for end-to-end accounts payable activities while also assisting with accounts receivable and billing functions. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure transactions are processed accurately, payments are made on time, and financial records remain up to date.
- Accounts payable processing and reconciliations
- Vendor onboarding and relationship management
- Payment scheduling and cash flow support
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with billing and customer account coordination
- Managing finance-related queries and administrative tasks

You are a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
- 2+ years' accounting, AP or finance administration experience
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Relevant accounting or business qualification preferred
