About the role
As a detail-oriented Accounts Officer you will assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable while using XERO. You will ensure accuracy in these transactions, contributing to the financial health of the organisation. Apply now and start immediately for three months. Hybrid working model to dream of - with only one day in the office (Sydney CBD based) and 4 days from home per week.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Daily use of XERO
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in accounts processing and financial reporting
- Strong capability in using XERO or MYOB would be ideal
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
