About the role
This part-time role offers the opportunity to manage accounts payable processes three days a week, from Wednesday to Friday. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining effective records, contributing to the organisation's operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles
- Strong capability in data entry and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
