About the role
The Accounts Payable Officer will play an integral role in managing the financial transactions within the organisation. This position offers stability in a growing company. It will be 5 days a week in office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end to end accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in accounts payable
- Experience Jobpac within the last 18 months is essential with at least 12 months worth of Jobpac experience
- Strong capability in managing financial transactions in a construction, property or development environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team and contribute to a stable financial operation
