Accounts Payable & Procure-to-Pay Specialist

A leading engineering company delivering innovative, large-scale solutions across infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors have a rare opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable specialist with SAP (S/4 HANA) implementation experience to join the project team on a 12 month fixed term contract. With a strong focus on quality, safety and sustainability, they partner with clients to design, build and maintain complex projects that shape industries and communities.

The Role
Collaborating with a Project team of four and working closely with thew SAP consultants, the responsibilities of the role will include,

Collaboration with key stakeholders
BAU Accounts Payable processing in SAP
Create, monitor and close PO's and GR's
3 way matching and testing
Support SAP reporting and data extraction for project tracking and audits
Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
Support the end-to-end P2P process from purchase requisition through to payment
Collaborate with procurement, project and finance teams to ensure purchasing compliance

About you
The successful applicant will have/be,

Highly experienced in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-pay
Highly skilled in SAP (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
Strong understanding of finance and procurement workflows
Well developed problem solving and investigation skills
Experienced in systems implementations
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
