About the role
The Admin Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the service team, which includes engineers, sales, and operations. This position offers a structured environment where you can develop your administrative skills while contributing to a team dedicated to healthcare excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the service team
- Assist in coordinating schedules and managing communications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for team activities
- Facilitate the flow of information between departments
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a healthcare or technical environment
- Strong capability in managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across teams.
