Salary: £38,000 - £49,000 p/a depending on experience

people2people are recruiting for a fantastic architectural studio based in London that is seeking a talented Part 3 Architect, or someone with equivalent experience, to join a close-knit and dynamic team. In this role, you will be delivering exceptional bespoke residential projects.

The Opportunity

• Join a design-led, highly respected studio working on high-end residential projects


• Play a key role in delivering stunning single-dwelling homes for private clients


• Work across concept design, technical detailing, and on-site delivery

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in high-end residential projects, ideally single-dwelling


• Competent in AutoCAD, including construction details, and SketchUp


• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills


• Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to on-site delivery


• Confident running projects from concept to completion
