The Opportunity
A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial team in Dublin. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of commercial, data protection, and digital regulatory work across multiple sectors.
You’ll work as part of a high-performing, cross-border team advising clients ranging from major global enterprises to high-growth businesses shaping the digital economy.

Key Responsibilities

Advising on a variety of commercial contracts, privacy, and digital regulatory matters.
Supporting cross-border projects and coordinating with international colleagues.
Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice aligned with client objectives.
Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Dublin office.

About You

Qualified solicitor in Ireland (or another common law jurisdiction).
Experience in commercial, privacy, or regulatory advisory work, ideally gained in a leading firm or in-house team.
Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and ability to work effectively as part of a global team.
Enthusiastic about working with clients at the forefront of technology and digital transformation.
