About the role

Join an established and highly regarded law firm as an Associate Lawyer in their award winning Wills and Estates team. You will handle a high-value caseload with support from dedicated staff, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional legal services.

Key responsibilities

Manage Wills, Estates, and Power of Attorney files from inception to completion
Draft and amend Wills, and assist with Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Succession Planning, and Powers of Attorney
Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance client outcomes, work alongside award winning colleagues and dedicated support staff

Skills & experience

Proven experience in Wills and Estates law with a minimum of 3 years PAE
Strong capability in managing complex legal files with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
