The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join the Brisbane-based Construction team. The role involves working closely with two highly regarded partners on the full spectrum of construction law, including:

Front-end contract drafting and negotiation for major engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects
Back-end dispute resolution, litigation, and adjudication matters
Advisory work covering regulatory compliance and risk management in the construction sector

The position offers direct client contact, involvement in complex and high-profile matters, and the chance to further develop expertise in both contentious and non-contentious work. The team is open to lawyers seeking full-time or flexible/part-time arrangements.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:

3+ years’ post-admission experience in construction law
Strong technical skills in front-end and/or back-end construction matters
Proven ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
Strong client relationship management abilities and commercial awareness
A supportive and mentoring approach toward junior team members
