The Role
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking lawyers at multiple levels, from Associate through to Special Counsel, with a minimum of 2 years’ PAE. The successful candidates will work closely with leading partners on a diverse range of liability matters, including personal injury and property claims, as well as professional indemnity matters across various industries. Responsibilities include managing complex files, providing strategic advice, preparing court documents, and actively contributing to client relationship development. Senior lawyers will also have the opportunity to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and play a key role in business development initiatives.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

At least 2 years’ PAE in defendant insurance law, with strong liability experience including personal injury and property-related matters. Professional indemnity exposure is highly regarded.
Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
Commercial awareness and confidence in building rapport with clients to understand their business needs.
For senior roles: leadership capability, including delegation and fostering a positive team environment.
