Bookkeeper

A dynamic and forward-thinking education and training organisation committed to empowering individuals and businesses through learning require the immediate assistance of an experienced Bookkeeper to join their Finance team on an initial 3 month assignment with a view for a longer term or permanent role.

Currently experiencing exponential growth through diversification and acquisition, they deliver high- quality training programs that equip learners with the skills, confidence and industry knowledge to succeed in their chosen career paths.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

Full function Accounts Payable and managing employee expenses
Accounts Receivable processing, banking, receipting and allocating payments
End to end payroll experience
Bank reconciliations, student account reconciliations, government funding reconciliations
Dealing with customer and supplier queries

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

Experienced in Full function Accounts Payable and Receivables
Experience processing end to end payroll
Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
Experienced in MYOB and XERO, strong Excel skills
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to initiate process improvements
