About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join on a temporary basis, covering parental leave until early April 2027. This role will focus on several key projects, including an MFA authentication upgrade and payments platform replacement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis activity for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Elicit complex business and functional requirements from senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and structure strategic initiatives
- Conduct data analysis to support business case development
- Identify and evaluate business problems using critical thinking and data analytics
- Assess project outputs and ensure they meet stakeholder needs.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in business analysis, with 5+ years in a similar role
- Strong capability in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and present solutions
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects and process mapping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
