Are you a hands-on leader who likes being in the weeds? We are seeking a temporary Business Controller to join a business in Mascot for up to 6 months. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in leadership of people, stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about analytics and future planning for the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a vital role and immediately contribute to business success through a busy period. You’ll work closely with high-performing local and regional teams, all while helping streamline operations and build a stronger finance backbone. This role will have up to 10 reports across pricing and analyst positions.

Experience in a similar position that is very hands on as well as working within a multinational organisation is essential. This role requires someone with proven examples working across sales, logistics and the executive team.
