The team focuses on a collaborative, hands-on approach, acting as a true partner in building, scaling, and optimising business performance.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager on a 12-month contract to support the smooth transition and retention of clients acquired through a recent business acquisition.

You will oversee a portfolio of clients, strengthen relationships, address concerns, and convert them onto formal service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of new clients, fostering trust and ongoing engagement


• Present and demonstrate the benefits of services while resolving client concerns


• Convert clients to formal agreements and handle any necessary negotiations


• Coordinate with internal teams and keep records to ensure seamless onboarding and progress tracking

Criteria

• Demonstrated success in business development or B2B


• Skilled at managing objections and navigating challenging conversations


• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach


• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities


• Experience in client onboarding, acquisition integration, or transition management


• Industry background in professional services or accounting is desired
