Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role:
Our client Samsung Electronics is a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry and is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Business Innovation team. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you’ll deliver in-depth analyses and actionable recommendations to support business objectives. You’ll also contribute to ad hoc projects aligned with team goals. The ideal candidate will have a naturally curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, using data to refine and optimise ways of working.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse retail channel data to identify performance improvement opportunities across products, channels and operations
Develop and manage innovation projects to enhance retail performance and strengthen partnerships with retail channels
Collaborate with internal teams including National Account Managers, Field Managers and Product Managers to deliver key initiatives
Support demand forecasting and planning by analysing sales and inventory data to inform accurate forecasts and recommendations
Maintain up-to-date retail channel data to enable timely insights and reporting
Conduct store-level sales and inventory analyses to identify missed opportunities and optimise stock efficiency
Provide actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders based on performance insights

About You:

Relevant degree with 5+ years’ experience
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Skilled in project and stakeholder management
Proactive, organised, and detail-focused
