We’re looking for a sharp, highly organised Campaign Manager to run brand partnership campaigns end to end. This is a hands on role for someone who can juggle detail, people, and pace without dropping the ball. This is a part-time, fully remote temporary position, great for freelance work to start in May for a few weeks with the possibility to extend.
You’ll be the central point of contact across every campaign from first enquiry through to delivery, invoicing, and post campaign wrap. You’ll manage both client and talent relationships, keep campaigns moving, and make sure everyone knows exactly what’s happening at every stage.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage inbound brand enquiries and lead negotiations with brands and agencies
- Assess brand fit and present opportunities to talent
- Own campaigns end to end, from enquiry through delivery and wrap
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and talent, ensuring full transparency
- Translate feedback clearly and manage ongoing communications on both sides
- Support content angles and coordinate concepts, drafts, approvals, and posting timelines
- Track all campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines in Monday.com
- Maintain momentum across multiple fast moving campaigns with clear daily handovers
- Manage invoicing, payment follow ups, and accurate deal records
- Support and advocate for talent, adapting to working styles and managing one off opportunities
What matters in this role:
- You’re highly organised but not rigid
- You communicate clearly and shift tone depending on who you’re dealing with
- You’re comfortable negotiating deals
- Efficient using google suite tools and microsoft tools
- This role will require you to have your own functional laptop
This role exists to streamline campaign management processes and enhance client relationships. You will contribute to the agency's growth by ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.
