About the role
This is a two-year full-time consultant engagement aligned with the active phase of the organisation's digital transformation portfolio. The role encompasses the design, build, and go-live phases of critical platforms, including Membership CRM, eDRMS, SharePoint, and Learning Management System (LMS). You will also coach senior leaders and develop internal organisational change capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the active design, build, and go-live phases of various digital platforms
- Coach senior leaders to enhance organisational change capabilities
- Engage hands-on with platform implementations and branch readiness work
- Provide go-live support across multiple branches
- Conduct a formal review at the 24-month mark to assess the engagement's future.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in organisational change management, ideally in a union, not-for-profit, or multi-site organisation
- Strong capability to provide insights and advice to senior leaders, facilitating alignment and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building productive relationships
- Experience in hands-on engagement with systems or platforms, contributing to documentation and training materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
- Formal change management accreditation is desirable.
