Our client, Samsung Ads, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to join their team in Sydney. Supporting the advertising and streaming business across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, you'll help drive efficient finance operations and deliver commercial support in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage invoices, payments, accruals, reconciliations, and revenue reporting
- Support vendor onboarding, contract administration, and payment queries
- Assist with month-end reporting, expense analysis, and financial reporting
- Maintain finance processes and documentation
- Partner with internal stakeholders on finance operations and system improvements
- Support commercial approvals and ad hoc finance projects.
About You
- Experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial administration
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP or ERP system experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within technology, media, or digital advertising.
