The Role

With a flat structure, you will partner with colleagues who are all experts in their fields. You will work on a variety of commercial matters, including:

• Sale of business


• Management of investments


• Private equity transactions


• Venture capital investments


• Provision of foreign investment advice


• Corporate restructures


• Transaction structuring and strategy


• Due diligence


• Regulatory advice


• Liaising with ASIC, ACCC and similar bodies

About You

• 2-4+ years PAE


• Strong understanding of commercial transactions


• Experience working with HNWI clients


• Ability to thrive in a flat, collaborative team structure
