About the role

The Commercial Lawyer will handle a variety of legal matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience in commercial law, including contract negotiation and drafting.
• Strong capability in legal research and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
