• The role will provide exposure to matters including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements and terms and conditions
• Corporate structuring, trusts and business restructures
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Banking and finance matters
• Business and commercial transactions
• Property-related commercial matters and leasing
• Providing practical and strategic commercial advice to clients and key stakeholders
• Managing your own files across a broad range of commercial matters

• 3+ years’ PAE, ideally with experience across corporate and commercial law
• Strong commercial drafting and advisory skills
• Experience managing a varied commercial matter load
• The ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• An interest in business development and building your professional profile
• The confidence to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a supportive team

• Work across a broad range of interesting corporate and commercial matters
• Achievable 5-hour daily billable target
