Location: Hammersmith, London (On-site, Full-Time)
Contract: 2–3 Month Temporary Role (Potential to Go Permanent)
Rate: £17.50 – £18.50 per hour

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing team, helping shape the brand’s social presence and storytelling through engaging content and community-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging, on-brand content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok (including livestreams as a presenter), and YouTube.
Video Production: Record and edit short- and long-form videos suitable for social, YouTube, and e-commerce storytelling.
Paid Social: Plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns within set budgets, ensuring alignment with marketing plans.
Asset Creation: Produce high-quality marketing assets in Canva(essential) for social media, email, and website use, as well as contribute to creative briefs for photoshoots.
Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content around launches, campaigns, and events.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build an active, positive community.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key social KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS), analyse results, and suggest improvements.
Trend Research: Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Photo Editing: Support light photo editing and retouching for e-commerce use (Photoshop knowledge a plus).

Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products preferred).
Strong understanding of social analytics, KPIs, and paid campaign management.
Confident using Canva(essential); Photoshop and video editing experience are advantageous.
Skilled in video creation and editing.
Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Passionate about social media, storytelling, and visually engaging content.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
