Conveyancer

The Firm:
We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a law firm-based NOR. This is a full-time position, working 7.30am – 4.00pm.

The Role:
Reporting to the Property team, the Conveyancer’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Managing your own portfolio of conveyancing files from start to finish.
Liaising daily with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Handling full electronic conveyancing and settlements using PEXA.
Managing file opening, closing, and archiving (both physical and electronic).
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.

The Candidate:
To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in Property Law
Ability to manage your own conveyancing files
Previous experience using PEXA
