The firm is looking for a Conveyancer to join its existing conveyancing team.

The Role

As a Conveyancer, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews and exchanges


• Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation


• Handling settlements and lodgements through PEXA


• Advising clients on legal requirements and changes


• Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers and other parties


• Performing other duties as needed to support the process

About You

To be considered a suitable candidate, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ conveyancing experience gained through managing your own files


• Strong organisational skills


• The ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively


• The ability to build rapport with clients


• A proactive approach to progressing matters through to completion
