THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancer to join the firm's busy Property team. You will manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, working closely with solicitors, clients and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth settlement process.
- Managing conveyancing files from contract through to settlement
- Preparing contracts of sale, Section 32 Statements and other conveyancing documents
- Conducting title, planning and other property searches
- Liaising with clients, banks, brokers, agents and other parties throughout the transaction
- Coordinating settlements via PEXA
- Managing key dates and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Providing exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.
Please note this role is five days in the office.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven experience as a Conveyancer managing your own files from start to finish. In addition, you will possess strong knowledge of Victorian conveyancing processes and legislation; experience using PEXA; excellent organisational and time management skills; strong communication and client relationship skills; a high level of attention to detail; and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
