The Firm

This boutique law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal to join their team. Based in the Perth CBD, the firm is a well-established multi-service practice with expertise across property law, commercial matters, estates, litigation, defamation and insolvency.

The Role
This role will see you supporting the firm’s busy property and commercial team, with responsibilities including:

Managing your own conveyancing files from start to finish
Dealing directly with clients and external stakeholders
Handling electronic conveyancing and settlements using PEXA
Assisting with property and commercial matters
Opening and closing files and general file management

The Candidate

Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment preferred
Experience managing conveyancing files or assisting on files
Previous experience using PEXA highly regarded
Motivated and eager to learn with a proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
