Are you a driven and detail-oriented legal professional looking to build your career in residential property law? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and expanding legal practice with a strong reputation in conveyancing and client service.

Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a thriving property team, is seeking proactive paralegals to join their conveyancing department. You’ll be given the opportunity to handle a variety of property transactions from instruction through to post-completion in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Duties Include:

Managing your own caseload of residential transactions
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of files
Ensuring all compliance and regulatory obligations are met

You’ll receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced senior staff, alongside structured support to ensure your continued development.

What’s on Offer:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am–5:30pm)
Based in a central London office
Competitive salary based on experience
10% bonus for new work referrals across any department
Ongoing mentoring and training from senior legal professionals

What We’re Looking For:

Legal qualifications (degree or equivalent) preferred
Genuine interest in conveyancing and property law
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple files
Previous experience in conveyancing is advantageous but not essential
