Corporate Concierge Staff

Do you have hotel catering or hospitality experience and want to move into a corporate setting with no weekend work required? We are currently seeking polished Corporate Concierge staff to support a fast-paced, professional office environment on a short-term assignment of 2 to 3 months, starting ASAP.

This role sits within a corporate setting that regularly hosts internal and external stakeholder meetings, requiring a high standard of presentation, service and professionalism.

Key Details

• Monday to Friday roster, provided one month in advance


• Shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00pm for a 37.5-hour week


• Competitive pay rate of up to $34.80 per hour


• 2 to 3 month assignment with immediate start

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing beverage service (RSA required)


• Setting up and packing down catering for meetings and events


• Clearing plates, cups and maintaining presentation of spaces


• Assisting with room setups, including moving tables and chairs


• Supporting the smooth delivery of day-to-day meetings and larger events

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in corporate hospitality, hotel catering or concierge roles


• Current RSA (essential)


• Strong presentation and communication skills


• Ability to work flexibly across varied shift times

Additional Support

• Monthly rosters provided for forward planning across a 37.5-hour work week


• On-site supervision to ensure smooth operations and team support
