About the role
This role is designed for a proactive individual who can operate as a second-in-command within the operations team. You will take on responsibilities that include managing the logistics of client transport, picking up dry cleaning, and running various errands to support the office's daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the transportation of partners' vehicles in and out of the office
- Execute errands, including picking up dry cleaning and other office-related tasks
- Maintain a professional presentation and respectful demeanor while interacting with clients
- Support the operations team in a leadership capacity, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a driver or office assistant role, with a strong focus on logistics and client service
- Strong capability in managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to present well and interact respectfully with clients and colleagues.
