The Firm
A well regarded commercial law firm with a strong presence in Perth is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join its growing team.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has come up for a corporate lawyer to join a high-performing team advising a diverse client base including listed companies, private businesses and emerging growth companies.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters and work alongside experienced practitioners on complex transactions while developing your technical expertise and client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters
Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation and commercial agreements
Assisting on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and corporate restructures
Managing multiple transactions concurrently and supporting senior lawyers on complex matters

The Candidate

3+ years PAE
Strong drafting and communication skills in corporate and commercial transactions
A working knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rules
The ability to manage several concurrent matters
A collaborative and team-focused approach
Skilled in delegation, mentoring and supervision of lawyers
