The Role
The firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer with approximately 3.5 years’ PAE to join its busy and expanding Corporate team. The successful lawyer will work closely with respected partners and senior practitioners on a range of high-value corporate transactions, including:
- Public and private M&A
- Private equity transactions
- Corporate advisory and governance matters
- Complex commercial contracts
- Due diligence and transaction structuring
- Cross-practice collaboration with tax, competition, property, and finance teams
This position offers exposure to sophisticated matters, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and technically strong team.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years’ PAE in corporate and M&A matters
- Experience gained within a large or top-tier law firm environment
- Strong academic results, ideally with a distinction average or above
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships
- A collaborative style and willingness to contribute to team culture
