Overview
A leadership‑track opportunity within a growing FS Corporate Tax team. You will take ownership of a compliance portfolio, support junior staff and contribute to advisory projects across fund and FS clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of corporate tax clients within Financial Services, delivering high‑quality compliance work.
- Review complex computations and returns prepared by the team.
- Oversee partnership tax computations for fund structures (LLPs/LPs).
- Deliver advisory support on transactions, structuring, expansions, and other FS‑related matters.
- Supervise, coach and review the work of junior staff.
- Build client relationships and contribute to the growth of the FS tax offering.
- Support senior managers and directors in managing team workflow and quality.
- Strong corporate tax background with significant compliance experience.
- Partnership tax exposure
- Experience managing client portfolios and delegating to junior staff.
- Comfortable interacting with senior clients within funds, PE, asset management or FS sectors.
- Ambitious, team‑focused and motivated to grow in a mid‑sized, collaborative environment.
