Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all customer interactions, both inbound and outbound. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when processing orders through internal systems.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your role will also involve booking deliveries, checking stock levels, and supporting a range of end-to-end administrative tasks, all as part of a collaborative, customer-focused team.

- Good attention to detail

- Familiar with using Harmoniq is desired, and/or relevant industry experience
