Duties & Responsibilities:
- Compile reporting using appropriate systems.
- Examine and evaluate reporting on survey feedback.
- Conduct external calls to resolve escalations.
- Manage high-priority customer claims.
- Distribute free of charge accessories to customers.
- Manage data within internal systems.
- Liase with a variety of deprtment to provide support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with a range of individuals.
- Highly motivated with strong organisational and priority management skills.
- Problem solving & conflict resolution skills.
