This is an exciting opportunity for a 3 - 6 month temporary customer service role to start immediately in St Leonards. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

About the role
The Kit Returns Coordinator is essential in ensuring efficient loan kit collection and turnaround. This role requires proactive engagement with customers to facilitate timely returns and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and action inventory callback requests from Kitrooms, Scheduling, and Sales
- Coordinate follow-ups related to partial kit returns and urgent escalations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure timely returns
- Liaise with carriers and drivers to select cost-effective return freight services
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a medical or technical environment
- Strong capability in managing logistics and inventory processes
- Demonstrated ability to work with CRM systems and adapt to high technology settings
