Customer Service Data Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyse and report on customer service data.
- Monitor data quality and identify areas of improvement.
- Implement solutions to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly statistics for customer service case managers.
- Compile daily allocation spreadsheet for customer service cases to be allocated to relevant teams and managers.
- Track trends in case creation and closures and identify sources of said trends.
- Generate various reports to present to customer service team and management.
- Maintain and analyse customer service KPI reporting for trends and improvements.
- Adhere at all times to company policies and procedures in the completion of required duties.
- Bachelor's qualification in Mathematics, Data Analysis, Statistics or related field.
- Experience in data and analytics, focused on root cause analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced, confident capability within Excel.
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
