We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service professionals who are available for short and long-term temporary assignments across Adelaide and surrounding areas.
About the Roles
- Answering and managing inbound calls and emails
- Providing information and support to customers or clients
- Processing orders, bookings, or service requests
- General administration and data entry
- Reception and front-of-house support
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or reception
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- A friendly and professional approach
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Competitive hourly rates paid weekly
