A warm, friendly, and empathetic Outbound Call Representative is sought for a temporary assignment within a highly respected healthcare environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and is passionate about making a positive impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting patients and members by providing helpful information, reminders, and care updates ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently and professionally reach out to patients and members with appointment reminders, service updates, and general follow-ups
• Accurately update member records and capture call details
• Provide clear, compassionate support that aligns with healthcare policies and privacy standards
• Handle enquiries with kindness and professionalism
• Collaborate with your team to ensure each member receives a seamless and caring experience

About You

• You bring previous experience in outbound calling or customer service, ideally in a healthcare or sensitive environment
• You're a clear, confident communicator who leads with empathy and patience
• You take pride in getting the details right and are comfortable using systems and entering data
• You’re someone who thrives in a supportive team but is equally confident working independently
• Most importantly, you care about people and want to make a genuine difference
