Kingsgrove, NSW Full-Time Hours | 8:00am–5:00pm (rotating shifts: 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm) $37 per hour + super 3-Month Temporary Assignment - with the view to go permanent.
An established and highly regarded national organisation within the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities.
About the Role
Working within a busy customer service team, you will be responsible for processing and managing a high volume of customer orders and enquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet strict daily cut-off times, and confidence using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing a high volume of customer orders (approximately 80% via email, 20% via phone)
- Accurate and timely order entry into Salesforce
- Managing daily order cut-offs
- Responding to general customer enquiries
- Order tracking and follow-ups
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or order processing role
- Salesforce experience is essential
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
