People2people is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a global medical company for a 6 month temporary role based in St Leonards with WFH opportunuty. The role is Monday - Friday full-time hours.

This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly support the organisation's commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed product information and support to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Assist in the training of new team members
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or medical device sector
- Strong capability in managing customer relationships and resolving issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders
