Customer Service Representative
Role
As the customer service representative your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Provide quality customer service by responding to inquiries and providing information to customers and internal stakeholders over the phone
- Process and manager customer orders, liaising with drivers and clients on inquiries.
- Provide information on online orders, pricing, checks and updating customer records.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and work collaboratively in a team environment.
About you
- Previous experience working in the food distribution or a relevant industry.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- A pro-active and enthusiastic individual that works well in a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
